Disclaimer, I ordered on 4th of July. The spring rolls were barely fried and the veggie Lo Mein lacked veggies. The house fried rice was really good. Stick to the fried rice.

Typical Americanized Chinese at Lucky Dragon. It still is very good. Very cheap too. It also has a buffet. The regular food from the menu is fresher.
As usual, there aren't many good vegetarian options on the buffet. It didn't have anything with tofu. You have to order off the menu for that. It's probably a good thing. The food is always better on the menu. I had the Homestyle Bean Curd. This is about $8 for the lunch portion. It's quite a lot of food. This was seasoned enough, though it could have used more spice.
In conclusion, it's cheap Chinese. It's better than many others. Try something beyond the buffet and get better quality. -

The place would be better if they would just clear the tables as people would leave. The buffet is cheap enough and they do say thank-you the biggest complaint would be the air conditioning sometimes it feels cool sometimes it doesn't

Sweet and sour chicken is great here, (of course, when it just bring out of the kitchen )
Hot and sour soup great too.

I have eaten at many many Chinese buffets. I like the one that I go to up in Fort Wayne which is called the great wall! It is awesome! For something carry out in Fort Wayne I go to the China Garden! Phenomenal chicken with garlic sauce! And now to the lucky dragon Chinese restaurant here in Lebanon; I went in with not real high expectations, I was pleasantly surprised! Though not a lot of it, the food was hot mostly fresh and they brought out fresh as the warming dishes became empty. The people were nice and friendly. You can order off the menu if you wish or eat at the buffet! I will return and eat here at the buffet again. I will also order take out some time off the menu. You can set your expectations too high for any place, just remember when you come into this restaurant, you'll get a good hot meal at a good price. I will come back again.
